| Light: | Much light is required. In case there is not enough light, the temperature should be lowered to avoid too long leaf stems. |
| Flowering: | Starts in March depending on light conditions (if no extra light is used). Ready-for-sale-plants to be sold on St. Valentine's Day need to be exposed to light. |
| Growth regulators: | For an even growth, treat with 0.15 % Cycocel after 2 weeks. |
| Pinching: | Pinching is not necessary. |
| Diseases and pest: | Botrytis, plant lice |
